Jumeirah Park is easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road between interchange 5 and 6 and is situated close to several other well-known Dubai villa communities; such as Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Village Triangle and Emirates Living (Springs, Meadows, Lakes and Emirates Hills).
There are several major malls within 5 to 15 minutes driving distance of Jumeirah Park; including Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Marina Mall and Mall of the Emirates.

The villas have been designed in three main architectural styles: Legacy, Regional and Heritage.
Jumeirah Park villas are available in the following types: 5 Beds, 4 Beds, 3 Bed Large and 3 Bed Small.
The Legacy and Regional villas are available in all the above types, whilst the Heritage style is available in the 3 Bed Large villas only.

The interior themes for Jumeirah Park villas come in one of two types:
Contemporary (lighter finish) or Traditional (darker finish).
A general overview for the internal finishing is described below:

Kitchens are fully fitted with white goods including fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob and extractor fan.

Jumeirah Park is a community made up entirely of spacious well-designed villas. They are separated into different packages with particular types (e.g. 4 Beds in Packages 2 and 2a) located together in the same area.
The Jumeirah Park Community Centre is currently being developed and completion is anticipated to be between Q4 2013 and early 2014. Several major brands and well-known retailers have already been confirmed as future tenants for the community centre. According to Nakheel, the facility will be 10,600 square metres in size.
